At Beach Weddings Alabama®, we specialize in creating All-inclusive Beach House Wedding Packages that bring the celebration to you — whether at a rental home you’ve chosen or one of our recommended beachfront venues in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, or Perdido Key. You rent your wedding-friendly Beach House and our experienced team provides everything else — professional coordination, elegant décor, and full setup — for a Stress-Free, romantic beach wedding experience.
Ceremony on the Beach
- Officiant: Non-denominational minister.
- “Two Lives Become One” Unity Sand Ceremony.
- The couple each pour sand from individual bottles into one bottle to symbolize their union. The bottle of sand is then a keepsake for the couple.
- Sand Ceremony Table
- 3 poles Bamboo Arch, Decorated with several color choices of fabric.
- Arch Decorated with a large Silk floral arrangement matching the bride’s colors.
- * You may chose our Giant Cross or Boho Triangle instead, a more vintage, beachy-tropical vibe.
- You obtain your State marriage certificate.
- Ceremony Directing included
Decorations
Your Choice:
- Aisle way decorated with:
- 6 Shepperd’s hooks with hanging White Kissing Balls or White/Black lanterns
- Silk ferns, other flowers for the aisle-way.
- Up to 20 chairs with sashes set on the beach by the ceremony included in package.
- Additional chairs are set by the reception area, based on party / reception size
Reception
Beach House Reception (2 hrs)
- Complete with buffet and cake table decorations and props. All tables, chairs, tablecloths, centerpieces, chafing dishes, serving utensils, disposable deluxe dinner ware, and cups provided.
- Complete set-up and tear-down.
- Buffet attendant.
- One additional table for miscellaneous use (ie. gifts/sign-in table/groom’s table).
- Delivery in Orange Beach. Our delivery range extends beyond Orange Beach, please call for a quote to your location.
Wedding Food & Cake
- Two-tiered round wedding cake with white icing.
- White Fresh Flowers Cake Topper, or light seashell design.
- Use of complimentary cake stand and decorated cake table to make your cake really stand out!
- Choice of buffet menu (many choices available).
- Photography not included
Reception
Buffet Menu 2 – Chicken Menu
- House salad served with 3 sides of salad dressing
- Warm Creamy artichoke and spinach dip served with tortilla chips.
- Oven Roasted chicken.
- Garlic & Herb Smashed Potatoes.

Gratuity is not included in the package, this will be approx. 15% of your total
- You are welcome to bring your own minister, however we cannot credit you for that on a package.
- Beach House Package may not be modified.
- Set-up information:
- Normal ground floor set-up within Orange Beach is included on this Beach House Wedding Package.
- An additional delivery and/or set up fee may apply depending on the accessibility to the delivery and/or set up location (ie. further than Orange Beach, difficult access, further than 25 yards from the road, second or other up the stairs floor set up, etc).
- A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your booking date***
- ***Deposit amounts are used to reserve and secure the date of your event. They are non-refundable. 100% of all deposits paid will be applied towards all balances owed in accordance with our published Terms of Service as explained by our published Rules and Regulations.
