Important: As far as Specialty Cocktails, Wedding Cake, Candy, cupcakes for the candy or sweets table (if any), etc. that you may want to bring, all the ingredients / items must be store-bought and Factory sealed…. Nothing homemade (edible) or in open containers or packages are allowed in our venue, per the State Health Department.

***Our venue is rented by you, for private use by you and your invited guests (not open to the general public.) and under those terms you may bring your own alcoholic beverages.  However Any alcoholic beverages brought by you, the renter of the facility   may only be consumed in accordance to the laws of the state of Alabama.  You may not serve any minors under 21 years of age, alcohol may not be sold or charged for in any capacity, and lastly, any staff members employed by the catering company CANNOT handle or serve your alcoholic beverages, as this is a violation of the law. Please contact your attorney to fully understand your liability when serving alcohol at your private event.
In Alabama, the age of majority is 19 years of age, but a person must be 21 years old to legally purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.  Persons under 21 years of age cannot legally possess or consume alcohol under any circumstances, even in a private home or with parental permission.  Alabama Code § 28-1-5.
